Policies in place at the Denture Clinic during Covid-19

We are happy to welcome all exisiting and new patients back into our clinics, however, we will still have the following procedures in place at all of our clinics, to make sure our staff and patients feel comfortable and safe during this time. 

Those who are unable to comply with our instructions, may be refused treatment. 

You will need to pre book an appointment for all of our services we offer. 

Please come as close to your appointment time as possible. If you are not on time, we may ask you to wait outside. 

The door will be locked, so ring the doorbell to be let in. We will ask you to use our hand sanitiser upon entry.  

Masks are to be worn by all patients whilst sat in our waiting room. If you forget your mask, you will be required to wait outside, or we can give you a mask at the cost of £1. 

Please come alone to your appointment, unless you require a chaperone.

We will still be accepting cash payments, however card and contactless payments are encouraged.

We have protective screens in place, all areas of our clinics are regularly cleaned and disinfected, and our staff are in PPE to keep everyone safe during this time.
